Why do I need a safety fence?

Several stated require these fences, Texas does not, thus we lead the country in drowning occurrences.  Installing an ASTM certified safety fence takes an extra step to prevent accidental drowning in your back yard swimming pool.

How are Pool Guard Pool Fences Installed?

Pool Guard Pool Fences are installed by core drilling a 4” deep hole into your concrete pool deck.  A ground sleeve is then inserted ad the pool fence pole sits snugly inside the sleeve.  If installation is required in a  paver deck, turf, landscaping or other medium we will insert a PVC tube which extends about 12-24 inches into the ground.  Additional fees may apply.

Is the pool fence permanent?

NO!  The best thing about Pool Guard’s Mesh safety systems is they are removable!  Most adults can fully remove a 15 foot section of fence in about 1-2 minutes.

Do the poles lock in place?

No, our fences are designed to be tension based.  Once correctly installed by a trained Pool Guard installer there is no need for a pesky, difficult  additional lock.
